Previously, before the selection process, it is essential to know the client company. This maybe the most overlooked point, however a great part of the success of selecting the right profile relies upon it. ESI analyzes in depth the company’s philosophy and strategy, their company culture, their history, and their organizational and operating aspects.
ESI performs searches according to the clients’ requirements, however, in order to guarantee a full quality process, they are all structured with the following stages:
Initial stage
- During this stage, ESI holds meetings with the company in order to establish in detail the job position to be covered and the profile of the future candidate. Once the client approves the proposal, the searching of the candidate begins.
Research
- The most suitable candidates are being identified for the position according to the search strategy agreed upon with the client during the initial stage. A list of potential candidates is made and a plan is set up to approach them.
Interviews/ Assessment
- Contact is made with the possible candidates in a personal manner. During the interviews the curricular aspects of the candidates are analyzed and their professional experience is examined. Additionally, personality traits, skills, personal attitudes and their motivation for the job position are assessed.
Introduction
- Organizing of job interviews for the client with selected candidates. Previously, the client receives an individual report of each candidate with their detailed professional experience, training, academic background, and personal features. After assessing these reports, the client decides which candidates they would like to have an interview with.
Follow-up
- Once the client makes the decision of hiring the candidate, a strategy is defined for a salary offer, and the personal and professional development that will exist at their new job post. During the first months, ESI will keep in touch with the candidate and the client to assess their integration into the company.
