Previously, before the selection process, it is essential to know the client company. This maybe the most overlooked point, however a great part of the success of selecting the right profile relies upon it. ESI analyzes in depth the company’s philosophy and strategy, their company culture, their history, and their organizational and operating aspects.
ESI performs searches according to the clients’ requirements, however, in order to guarantee a full quality process, they are all structured with the following stages:
Initial stage
- During this stage, ESI holds meetings with the company in order to establish in detail the job position to be covered and the profile of the future candidate. Once the client approves the proposal, the searching of the candidate begins.
Research
- The most suitable candidates are being identified for the position according to the search strategy agreed upon with the client during the initial stage. A list of potential candidates is made and a plan is set up to approach them.
Interviews/ Assessment
- Contact is made with the possible candidates in a personal manner. During the interviews the curricular aspects of the candidates are analyzed and their professional experience is examined. Additionally, personality traits, skills, personal attitudes and their motivation for the job position are assessed.
Introduction
- Organizing of job interviews for the client with selected candidates. Previously, the client receives an individual report of each candidate with their detailed professional experience, training, academic background, and personal features. After assessing these reports, the client decides which candidates they would like to have an interview with.
Follow-up
- Once the client makes the decision of hiring the candidate, a strategy is defined for a salary offer, and the personal and professional development that will exist at their new job post. During the first months, ESI will keep in touch with the candidate and the client to assess their integration into the company.

Previamente, al inicio del proceso de selección, es fundamental conocer a la empresa cliente, quizás este es el punto que más veces es pasado por alto y, sin embargo, en él reside gran parte del éxito en la elección del perfil acertado. ESI analiza en profundidad la filosofía y estrategia de la empresa, su cultura empresarial, su historia, sus aspectos organizativos y operativos.
ESI realiza las búsquedas en función de los requisitos del cliente, sin embargo, y con el fin de garantizar un proceso de calidad total, todos están estructurados en las siguientes fases:
Fase inicial
1. En esta fase ESI mantiene reuniones con la empresa para especificar a detalle el puesto de trabajo a cubrir y el perfil del futuro candidato. Una vez que el cliente aprueba la propuesta se empieza la búsqueda del candidato.
Investigación
2. Se identifican a los candidatos más adecuados para el puesto según la estrategia de búsqueda acordada con el cliente en la fase inicial. Se realiza un listado de candidatos potenciales y se establece el esquema para acceder a ellos.
Entrevistas / Evaluación
3. El contacto con los posibles candidatos siempre se realiza de forma personal. En las entrevistas se analizan los aspectos curriculares de los candidatos y se profundiza en su experiencia profesional. Así mismo, se evalúan rasgos de personalidad, aptitudes y actitudes personales y la motivación por el puesto de trabajo.
Presentación
4. Organización de entrevistas de presentación al cliente de los candidatos seleccionados. Previamente, el cliente recibe un informe individual de cada candidato donde se detalla su experiencia profesional, formación, historial académico y características personales. Tras la evaluación de estos informes, el cliente decide con que candidatos concertar una entrevista.
Seguimiento
5. Una vez que el cliente toma la decisión de contratar al candidato, se define la estrategia de remuneración a ofrecerle y el desarrollo personal y profesional que tendrá lugar en su nuevo puesto de trabajo. Durante los primeros meses ESI mantendrá contacto con el candidato y el cliente para evaluar su integración en la empresa.
